TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Booking Confirmation
    A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon written confirmation and receipt of either full payment or a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost.
  2. Payment Terms
    Peak season reservations require a 50% advance payment. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to make payment within the specified period may result in automatic cancellation without refund.
  3. Pricing Policy
    All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to variation due to exchange rate fluctuations, government taxes, supplier rate revisions, or circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
  4. Cancellation Policy
    All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation charges apply:
    • 31–60 days prior to arrival – Deposit forfeited
    • 15–30 days prior – 25% of total tour cost
    • 08–14 days prior – 50% of total tour cost
    • 07 days or less – 100% cancellation charge
    No refunds shall be granted for unused services after commencement of travel.
  5. Liability
    Ranlanka Tour Holidays (Pvt) Ltd acts solely as an intermediary between clients and independent third-party service providers including hotels, airlines, and transport operators. The Company shall not be held liable for delays, injury, loss, damage, accidents, natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
  6. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

 REFUND POLICY

  1. Deposits
    All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
  2. Refund Processing
    Eligible refunds will be processed within 14–21 working days and credited to the original method of payment.
  3. Non-Refundable Charges
    Bank charges, currency conversion fees, and PayHere transaction fees are non-refundable.
  4. Supplier Policies
    Airline tickets, promotional packages, and certain hotel bookings may be subject to separate supplier cancellation policies.

PRIVACY POLICY

  1. Data Collection
    The Company may collect personal information including full name, contact details, passport information, and billing details strictly for booking and operational purposes.
  2. Payment Security
    Online payments are securely processed through PayHere. The Company does not store full credit or debit card details.
  3. Data Sharing
    Personal data may be shared with hotels, airlines, transport providers, or relevant authorities strictly for travel arrangements and legal compliance.
  4. Data Protection
    The Company does not sell or trade personal information and implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect client data.
